Diaper Bank
Diapers are a basic necessity — yet they are not covered by SNAP or WIC benefits. For families already struggling with rising housing, food, and utility costs, purchasing diapers can consume a significant portion of a monthly budget. Without adequate diapers, children may experience health risks, and parents may be unable to access childcare.
CAPCC is able to provide diapers to families throughout the Laurel Highlands with the help of the Western Pennsylvania Diaper Bank.

Eligibility
Eligible clients for this program include:
- Parents and caregivers with children throughout the Laurel Highlands.
- You do not need to be a Cambria County resident.

Families are eligible for:
- 100 diapers
- Wipes
- Butt Cream
- Baby Shampoo
New distributions are once per month per child, until supplies last. Watch our Facebook page for monthly distributions and updates.
Sizes NB through 7 are available. Limited number of pull-ups.
